Good customer support

Incredible fast response (next day) from customer support. And they solved my problem immediately!

I had the free version, and instead of upgrading through the app, I did a purchase in the App Store. The phone thinks of it as two different pieces of software so I doesnt import the data I had already scanned.

However, there was a work-around to this that solved my problem.

Also, the texting document feature is incredible. When you need it faster than email, its the way to go. Also, old one people dont use email(!) and you can only send via text to them, so this functionality is a life saver.

Btw, tech support is really great here! And they commented on my review! :)
